What is your favorite place in Canada?
Downtown Vancouver and Stanley Park are still my favorites. I remember visiting in 2012 and walking to the park from downtown. I didn’t realize how large Stanley Park was and ended up walking over ten miles that day. Well worth it, but I felt it the next day!
What is your best travel memory in Canada?
Visiting Jasper National Park was excellent. It was a great opportunity to see wildlife and to do some springtime hiking. I also was able to get some skiing in at nearby Marmot Basin, which had the largest runs I had ever done at the time.
What one thing in Canada should you experience at least once in your life?
If you like roller coasters, take the back seat of Behemoth at Canada’s Wonderland. The airtime is out of this world! The entire park is great, but Behemoth stole the show for me. It’s an excellent ride and a great way to spend some extra time in Toronto.
