You will need a valid passport to enter Canada.

The world's second-largest country after Russia, Canada covers a whopping 3.8 million square miles (or 9.9 million square kilometres). With a population of 38 million people (that's less than the state of California), there is far more wilderness to explore than there are people to encounter.
