Day 1 Calgary | Arrival Upon arrival in Calgary, transfer independently to your pre-selected downtown hotel (transfer not included). The remainder of the day is at leisure to settle in and begin exploring the city at your own pace.

Day 2 Calgary Stampede | Rodeo Event This morning is at leisure to enjoy the attractions, entertainment and lively atmosphere of Stampede Park before taking your reserved seat for an exciting afternoon of rodeo action. This afternoon’s rodeo events feature: Steer Wrestling Watch as competitors leap from horseback and wrestle a running steer to the ground in a fast-paced test of strength, timing and horsemanship. Tie-Down Roping Horse and rider work together as competitors race against the clock to rope a calf, dismount and complete the tie. Ladies Barrel Racing Experience the speed and precision of horse and rider racing around a cloverleaf course, where tight turns and split-second timing make all the difference. Breakaway Roping One of rodeo’s fastest events, riders race to rope a calf, with the clock stopping the instant the rope breaks free from the saddle. Saddle Bronc A classic rodeo event where riders combine balance, rhythm and skill while attempting to stay aboard a powerful bucking horse. Bareback Riding Riders take on the explosive power of a bucking horse while holding onto a specially designed rigging with just one hand. Bull Riding One of rodeo’s most thrilling events, riders attempt to remain aboard a powerful bucking bull for eight action-packed seconds.

Following the rodeo, the remainder of the afternoon and evening is free to continue exploring Stampede Park and enjoying the many events, exhibits and entertainment on offer.

Day 3 Calgary Stampede | Chuckwagon Races and the evening Grandstand Show Enjoy another day at leisure experiencing the Calgary Stampede before an action-packed evening of Chuckwagon Races and entertainment. Chuckwagon racing has deep roots in the traditions of the Canadian West, inspired by the days when range cowboys gathered around their chuckwagons for hearty meals and stories beside the campfire. Legend has it that at the end of the week, cowboys would quickly pack their chuckwagons and race one another into town, with the last driver arriving responsible for buying the first round of drinks at the local saloon. Today, that spirited tradition lives on through the excitement and energy of the Calgary Stampede Chuckwagon Races. After the races, enjoy the evening Grandstand Show, featuring The Young Canadians alongside headline performers in a spectacular production of music and entertainment. The evening concludes with a world-class fireworks display lighting up the Calgary skyline—a memorable finale to a day at the Greatest Outdoor Show on Earth.

Day 4 Calgary | Departure Upon check-out of your hotel, your Calgary Stampede package comes to an end. Continue with your onward travel arrangements at your leisure.
