Hi, I’m thinking of narwhals and belugas and polar bears. In the summer, what is the likelihood of seeing polar bears and belugas? I would obviously like to be there long enough to have a chance to see them, but can’t stay that long, because I suspect it is $$$. And when is the best time? I realize there are no guarantees for wildlife. I live in alberta but drive to western mb regularly, so likely would leave from wpg.
